Your health, safety and well-being remain our top priority.

The well-being of our guests and employees is of the utmost importance and as such we are closely monitoring The Public Health Agency of Canada and our local health authorities for their recommendations and immediately applying them.

As hospitality professionals, we always take the cleanliness of our properties to heart and are prepared with detailed protocols in order to increase the sanitation of common areas in times like these.

Rest assured that over and above our already rigorous cleaning process for both guest rooms and common areas using commercial-grade products, we have implemented a scheduled routine to frequently sanitize all high-touch areas such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, railings, washroom doors, light switches and over 15 other touchpoints.

We are also adding extra precautionary measures for all staff handling food, cutlery and banquet equipment in order to further increase our sanitization protocols. Our team is being reminded daily about the increased hand-washing measures, as well as a strict protocol should they have any health concerns.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Have your hours of operation changed?
    We are currently remaining open and committed to the health and safety of our guests and team members. We recommend to continue to follow us on our social channels to stay the most up to date.
  2. Are there any Reservation Policy changes?

    Our current cancellation applies, cancel without penalty until the day of your reservation, before 4pm. Please note, if you booked online through a third party travel company (Expedia, booking.com etc.), their cancellation policies apply as they hold your reservation. You must cancel your reservation with them.
  3. What is the open status for your on-site amenities?

    All pools, water slides, gyms, hot tubs and saunas are temporarily closed to as per our Government guidelines. We continue to monitor health authorities’ recommendations and will re-open as soon as it is safe to do so.
  4. Are your dining outlets open?

    All of our dining outlets will remain open, however hours of operation may change without notice. Please contact the appropriate front desk team for the most up-to-date information.
    To reduce the possible transmission of COVID-19, all breakfast buffets will be closed and an enhanced grab and go will be implemented effective immediately. Coffee stations will be available; however, will be cleaned regularly as per the enhanced cleaning protocols.   5. What to do if a guest has to self-isolate?
    Should a guest need to self-isolate, we will continue to follow government guidelines and recommendations as the situation evolves. We have detailed safety protocols to follow
